Munro Manor

Munro Manor is one of King County Housing Authority’s subsided housing facilities for the elderly.  At this Burien apartment buidling, the dated facade was replaced with a new, more inviting entry.  In addition, the posts and beams supporting many of the apartment’s balconies required replacement due to rot.  Unique features include stainless steel connectors at the re-constructed balconies,  a cantilevered steel canopy at the new entry, and an 18 feet tall entry space.
