Plaza 17

The Plaza 17 facility is one of King County Housing Authority’s subsided housing facilities for the elderly.  At Auburn apartment building, the dated facade was replaced with a new, more inviting entry and front canopy.  Unique features include a new steel canopy utilizing the existing concrete beams.
