Riverton Terrace

Riverton Terrace is one of King County Housing Authority’s subsided housing facilities for the elderly.  At this Tukwila apartment building, the dated facade was replaced with a new, more inviting entry.  Unique features include a cantilevered wing wall and a steel canopy.
