Bellevue Expansion

This 4,500 square feet residence emerged from the former 2,000 square feet house via expansion of the basement and the first floor, construction of a new second floor, and addition of a new sub-grade two-car garage.  All finishes were replaced, inside and out, and new features were added for a modern look:  a custom steel staircase, a 16-foot-wide by 10-foot-tall folding-panel door at the back deck, and an open floor plan.
