Big Chickie Restaurant

This restaurant was built into the existing steel shell of an old gas station. The steel shell received retro-fitting for modern seismic loads and for the weight of new rooftop mechanical units. Other features of the project include a new wood-framed deck and new concrete retaining walls at the rear of the building, and, at the front of the building, a new wood-framed covered seating area.
