Sommerset Revonation

This Bellevue home received a new second floor, and a renovation of the entire first floor and the entire basement.  All of the interior finishes were replaced and many interior walls were relocated to create a new modern style.  At the rear of the house a new elevated deck was added, providing an outdoor space to enjoy the expansive view of Lake Washington.
