The 1811 Eastlake building consists of four floors of housing over an office level and one level of underground parking.   1811 Eastlake is the home of the Downtown Emergency Service Center, which provides supportive services and housing for the homeless.  Structural design features of this project included Special Steel Moment Frames and a Geopier foundation. www.desc.org/1811.html
